our mission

Your authority is only as strong as your support

You haven’t slept well in months. You’re leading critical meetings. Your parents rely on you, your partner needs you, your children need you. And through it all, your body is changing.

All of this unfolds under constant scrutiny, where visible symptoms quietly cast doubt on your reliability, judgment, and ability to lead.

The Tender Path methodology provides structured, practical support focused on protecting your performance. We help you navigate perimenopause without sacrificing authority, credibility, connection, or momentum—at work, at home, and within yourself.

When the stakes are high, strategy matters.

This is not about wellness apps or meditation.
It is about staying sharp when your body is changing and the expectations around your performance are not.

It is about protecting your credibility when symptoms interfere with focus, stamina, or recall. We provide disclosure-independent strategies to protect your authority without compromising your privacy.

The Tender Path methodology is facilitated, not prescriptive. It provides strategic, confidential support designed to preserve performance during the perimenopause transition, with a clear understanding that commonly advised “transparency” can create professional risk in high-performance environments, particularly for Black women.

Talk to Someone Now
Woman of color with her eyes closed holding her head in a gesture of exhaustion, representing the intersectional stress of the sandwich generation and medical gaslighting during perimenopause.
"I'm managing kids, a career, aging parents, and perimenopause. But the healthcare system acts like perimenopause is the only thing I should be dealing with.

No one acknowledges that I'm juggling all of this at once while my body is literally changing. I felt so alone in that."

"It is already hard being heard as a woman, but put being Black on top of that and you are just straight dismissed.

My doctor told me my chest pain was because my bra was too tight. He threw anxiety medications at me when what I really needed was someone to actually listen. I felt like I was losing my mind."

FAQ

Answers to the questions we get

We’re ready to respond to your doubts
Is this about treating menopause symptoms?

No. The Peri Nation isn't a medical program. We're not diagnosing or treating symptoms. We're helping you protect your professional performance and authority during this transition. If you need medical support, we work alongside your healthcare provider but our focus is on your career and your presence.

Do I have to disclose what's happening to my employer or team?

Absolutely not. The Tender Path is designed specifically for Black women and women of color who understand that disclosure isn't safe in institutional environments. Our framework is disclosure-independent. You don't need to tell anyone; you just need the strategic tools to maintain your performance.

What makes this different from general executive coaching?

General executive coaching doesn't account for Black women and women of color executives navigating perimenopause in institutional environments. Research shows that when Black women share vulnerability about menopause at work, it gets interpreted through a racial lens as "she can't handle the role" or "she's emotional" a risk caucasian women leaders don't face. The Tender Path is built for that gap; strategic navigation that honors both your symptoms and the real workplace dynamics you're navigating, not generic wellness advice.

How long does it take to see results?

You'll leave your first MAPS Blueprint session with a concrete strategy and immediate clarity on what's affecting your performance. Most clients report shifts in how they navigate their environment within 2-3 weeks. But perimenopause is a multi-year transition, not a 6 weeks problem. The executive membership is designed for sustained support through the full arc of this transition protecting your performance consistently, addressing new challenges as they emerge, and ensuring you stay at the level you've built.

What if I'm not sure this is for me?

Start with a 90-minute MAPS Blueprint Session You'll get clarity on what's affecting your performance and exactly what support looks like. No pressure. Just information so you can decide.

What if I'm not ready to commit to a year, but I need help now?

The Tender Path Intensive is designed exactly for this. Four weeks of focused work gives you clarity on what's affecting your performance and a concrete strategy to navigate it. You don't need a year long commitment to get results. You need the right support right now.

Is this service only for Black women and women of color?

All women are welcome. Our methodology was created by a Black woman to address the compounded realities of perimenopause, workplace discrimination, and healthcare dismissal that Black women and women of color navigate daily. If you're a woman experiencing perimenopause and this approach speaks to you, you're welcome here.

Can I work with you if I haven't been formally diagnosed with perimenopause?

Yes. Many women experience symptoms years before a formal diagnosis. If you're noticing changes in your body, sleep, mood, or cognitive function and you're in your late 30s-50s, we can help you navigate what's happening and advocate for proper medical support.

How do I know which program is right for me?

Start with our Perimenopause Readiness Assessment (free, 5 minutes). If you want personalized guidance, book a MAPS Blueprint Session ($497) where we'll identify your top 3 priorities and recommend your best next step—whether that's the 4 Week Tender Path Intensive Cohort, NSC Circle, or Executive Membership.

Do you provide medical advice or treatment?

No. We are not medical providers and do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe. We provide strategic support to help you navigate perimenopause, advocate with your healthcare providers, and protect your professional presence. You are responsible for your own medical decisions and care.

What's your cancellation and refund policy?

MAPS Blueprint: No refunds after the session is completed. 4-Week Cohort: Full refund if requested before Week 1 begins. No refunds after Week 1 starts. NSC Circle: Cancel anytime with 30 days notice. No refunds for the current month. Executive Membership: Custom terms discussed during application process.

How is this different from a standard wellness app or my company’s EAP?

Most corporate wellness programs and generic apps rely on "one-size-fits-all" advice that assumes a level of workplace safety and medical credibility that Black women and women of color are rarely granted. Standard advice often suggests "radical transparency" with your manager or team, a move that can be a professional liability for those of us navigating the "concrete ceiling".

What is The Tender Path℠?

The Tender Path is our proprietary methodology for navigating perimenopause with comfort and ease rather than struggle. It guides you through four phases: Clarity (understanding your body), Softness (meeting yourself with compassion), Ease (practical strategies for sleep, temperature, and daily life), and Path Forward (creating sustainable support systems).

What's included in The Tender Path Guidebook?

The 86-page guidebook covers all 12 symptom categories of perimenopause, healthcare advocacy strategies, the complete product arsenal (vetted tools), symptom tracking templates, and frameworks for building your personalized support plan. It's your reference guide throughout the entire perimenopause journey.

How do I access my program materials?

After enrollment, you'll receive a welcome email with login credentials for our private community where all session recordings, templates, guides, and resources are housed.

Can I share The Tender Path materials with friends or family?

Program materials are for your personal use only and are protected by copyright. If someone you know would benefit from The Tender Path, we encourage them to enroll directly. You're welcome to share your experience and recommend our programs.

How long do I have access to program recordings and resources?

The Tender Path Intensive 4-Week Cohort: Session recordings and community access for 4 weeks plus 30 days post-cohort. NSC Circle: Ongoing access to all recordings and resources for the duration of your membership. Executive Membership: Lifetime access to all resources created during your membership year.

Can I participate if I live outside the United States?

Yes. All live sessions are virtual and recordings are available if time zones don't work for you. However, physical materials may have longer shipping times and additional costs for international delivery. Certain lab testing resources are US-based, but we can discuss international alternatives during sessions.
